 The sales service team of the company is administrated and uniformly arranged by professional elites. All the service staffs have rich work experience and will attend the theoretical discussion and technical training regularly. In this way, the service staff can master new product technology, enhance their service level constantly and substantiate the service strength.


Service commitments before sales

1. To provide the information of various rubber auxiliary equipment and the necessary convenience for investigation and technical consultation service;

2. Before the equipment is delivered or when the equipment is still being produced, the customers can appoint relevant personnel to come to the company to cooperate in supervising the production, receiving technical training and carrying out the acceptance.

3. To be responsible for providing the relevant trainings concerning the products. The specific matters such as time, place and participants of the training shall be consulted by both parties.

4. To provide the customers with before-sales service in various forms such as investment estimation and workshop planning to make customers’ planning to be reasonable, standard and cost-efficient.

5. Investment estimation: To provide the services such as product profitability analysis, rubber machine selection and auxiliary equipment assembly and estimation and human resources allocation.

6. Workshop planning: To provide the design services such as initialization size of equipment foundation, equipment layout, workshop ventilation, gas exhaust, water transportation, wiring and cranes.


After-sales service commitments

As one important link of operation, the after-sales service is indispensable for project quality throughout all the processes such as use, repair and maintenance of the machine.

The company adheres to the service concept of taking the customers as the supreme, making the customers be satisfied and assuring them, and provides the sophisticated sales service actively, quickly and accurately.

1. Free on-site inspection and acceptance:

To instruct the installation free of charge; when the products are delivered, the company will dispatch the full-time technicians to cooperate with the technicians from the customers to carry out the inspection and acceptance to the products.


2. Free technical training:

The company will arrange relevant personnel to give training to the technicians, equipment operators and maintenance personnel of the customers on the site. In addition, the training plan and material shall be provided before the training to make the trained personnel master the skill requirements related to the equipment, so as to provide necessary skills guarantee for safe use and maintenance of the equipment.


3. Free warranty during the warranty period:

For the damage due to the factor of the equipment during the warranty period, the company will be responsible for free repair, maintenance and replacement. For the damage caused by deliberate action (personnel not from our company) and natural disasters, the company shall be responsible for providing the maintenance service without labor cost, but it will charge the corresponding material cost.


4. To provide the life-long technical support:

The products of the company provide the life-long technical support. For the damage to the components and accessories during the running period of the products (including the products whose warranty period has expired), the company can dispatch the professional technicians to give maintenance and replacement.


5. Return visit:

The company will cooperate with the customer to carry out the technical patrol inspection and pay the return visit, so as to dispel the customers’ scruples.


6. Fast response:

The company will guarantee the timely information feedback, communication and the powerful service network to provide the customers with considerate service and answer customers’ inquiry. Moreover, the company will dispatch the professional personnel to arrive at the site without deviating from customers’ requirements to repair or replace the accessories of the equipment.
